The product bag will be distributed to registered retailers on the expo floor, with 3,000 bags to be handed out. * Consistent with our NACS Cool New Products offerings, products are considered “new” this year if they’ve been introduced since October 2023.

What’s Included:

When you advertise with the official NACS Show Product Bag, you'll receive more than just a promotional placement.

  • Each product bag includes an easy-to-find insert with the full list of participating supplier companies, their booth numbers and a description of their item(s)—This makes it easy for buyers to find you onsite or connect with you post-show when making their shopping lists.

  • Your brand will be featured prominently on a digital sign at the official NACS Show Product Bag distribution booth onsite at the Show, along with all participating advertisers.

  • You'll also receive high visibility on the Expo Floor through a dedicated product display featuring your product bag insertions at the official NACS Show Product Bag pickup.

  • Finally, you'll benefit from greater reach to buyers through additional promotions spotlighting the product bag in official NACS Show publications and owned media channels.

Investment: $2,500 (net) per product or brochure insertion

Key Deadlines, Approval Process and Guardrails

Product Placement Deadlines:

  • August 1 – due date to secure your product in the official NACS Show Product Bag

  • August 15 – September 5 – window for products to be approved by NACS and received at our NACS Show Product Bag fulfillment center in Las Vegas. (detailed shipping instructions will be provided to advertisers upon product placement confirmation.)

  • Anything past September 6 must be discussed directly with your NACS Media representative. Products received after September 13 will incur a $250 late fee for fulfillment. No products will be accepted after September 20.

Product Approval:

  • All products must be approved by NACS prior to acceptance.

  • Space reservations are not confirmed until a sample is received and approved (mail or email).

    • Receipt and approval from NACS secures your spot. Please mail your sample for approval to our Digital Media and Ad Trafficker, Logan Dion, at NACS, 1600 Duke St., Suite 700, Alexandria, VA 22314 (attn: Logan Dion, NACS Show Product Bag) or email product image and specs to [email protected].

    • Products arriving at the fulfillment facility in Las Vegas that do not match the approved size and weight will not be allowed in the bag.

  • Promotional items will not be accepted if they have a NACS logo or NACS Show logo on them.

  • No refunds allowed.

Guardrails:

  • Offer only valid to 2024 NACS Show Exhibitors

  • Size and weight limitations for products will apply

  • Collateral pieces* are accepted up to 8.5''w x 11''h (with a maximum of eight pages, per piece).

  • Sample size (1-3 oz) energy shots accepted

  • Beverages, glass products, refrigerated products, flammable products, and age-restricted products are not allowed.

  • Once approved by NACS, product sample and/or insert to be shipped directly to fulfillment center: 3,100 total units, per individual approved product placement.*

    • All products will be stored in a temperature-controlled facility until distribution onsite at the NACS Show in Las Vegas. (Note: no refrigerated products.)

*Maximum of three (3) individual product samples and/or promotional inserts (3,100 units per SKU) per advertising company / brand.
